Positions 

 

Production Technician

  • Qualified candidate will work in our Product Engineering group and work on a new product that is presently ramping into production.
  • Tasks will include glass wafer processing and wafer bonding/assembly.
  • Background in semiconductor processing is preferred, including familiarity in photolithography, wet etching, thin film deposition, and dry etch technology.
  • Will need to follow electronic documents and printed travelers and do critical inspections as part of the job
  • Preferred experience working in a clean room environment
  • Must have excellent written, verbal communication and computer skills.
  • Experience in MEMS is a plus
  • High school diploma required, AA degree preferred

Photolithography Engineer

  • Provide support to the Development and Product Engineering groups to perform photo engineering tasks, such as development and characterization of photolithography processes for a variety of MEMS devices
  • Must have detailed knowledge and experience with resist materials, polymer films and process techniques, to develop spin coating and patterning processes on a variety of thin film substrates
  • BA/BS degree in Material Science or Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years industry experience in photolithography
  • Experience in modern 5x steppers highly desirable and experience with Nikon body 12 tools preferred

Process Development Engineer

  • A strong engineering background and at least 2 yrs hands-on experience in silicon and glass wafer processing, specifically stepper-based photolithography, vacuum and wet processing, wafer to wafer bonding, microstructure electroplating, methods of MEMS testing, and SEM and AFM characterization 
  • Requires a minimum of a BS/BA in a scientific discipline required, Ph.D. in a MEMS discipline preferred
  • Great communication, interpersonal, and computer skills are a must
