switches, filters, phase shifters, resonators, and passives
- seeking a candidate, who can conceive, model,
optimize, and fabricate an RF MEMS device with the following characteristics
and experience
- detailed understanding of HFSS modeling software
or the equivalent
- intimate familiarity in MEMS fabrication
processing, including photolithography, PVD, CVD, RIE, DRIE,
and wet processing
- an understanding of packaging constrains
on RF performance
- device troubleshooting
- test and measurement methods at frequencies
> 1GHz
- SPICE Modeling electrical circuit design
- minimum of a BS degree in Engineering or Physical
Sciences and three to five years of wafer processing experience,
with much of that time in a developmental role
