on BioMEMS
- develop a list of target accounts, identify contacts
at targeted accounts, and develop technical relationships
- work with sales/marketing and process development
personnel to meet the needs of customers in target markets and
applications
- help create documents such as datasheets, application
notes, and technical marketing materials
- attend various conferences and tradeshows to
identify potential markets and applications for expansion
- receive incoming BioMEMS-related and other sales
calls and nurture prospects through purchase order
- must have excellent written

- broad knowledge of biomedical industry, including
MEMS applications and contacts within key companies
- knowledge of MEMS/micromachining; understanding
of wafer fab operation and wafer processing

- IMT is seeking a development engineer with an
emphasis in electroplating
- electroplating experience should include bath
formulation, DC, and pulse plating, and alloy plating
- requires a background in wafer processing and
cross-functional knowledge in plating, wet and dry etching, photolithography,
and deposition
- the primary focus of this position is plating
development, but will also extend to developing processes and
process flows required for device development and integration
- responsible for development and characterization
of new processes, and improvement and extension of existing processes,
which ultimately will transfer to production will need
to provide all necessary capability data,
training, and documentation for successful process transfer
- ability to troubleshoot cross-functional process
segments, perform failure analysis, and initial yield will also
be required
- minimum MS degree in engineering or the physical
sciences and three to five years of wafer processing experience
required with much of that time in a developmental role
- an advanced degree is desirable; working
knowledge of SPC and design of experiments is expected
